Building Bright Futures

In 2016 the Chester Fund acquired eleven acres of land in the City of Chester on which to construct a modern, urban campus for the Chester Charter School for the Arts.

The mission of The Chester Fund for Education and the Arts is to support The Chester Charter School for the Arts (CCSA), an arts-integrated, academically rigorous, non-profit public charter school in the Chester Upland School District. Initially serving 320 students in grades K–6, CCSA currently enrolls 650 students in grades K–12.
