Amy Komarnicki has been with The Chester Fund since October 2015. She grew up in Delaware County and has strong family history in Chester. She has worked in Special Educational Needs at City College in Norwich, United Kingdom, where she directed support to hundreds of students with cognitive and physical disabilities. Previously she has held positions at Pendle Hill in Wallingford, Pa. as an interior decorator as well as at Benchmark School as an Arts Teacher. She also owns a freelance design business specializing in costume for theatre, interior design, and alterations.
Amy directs The Chester Fund’s annual giving campaign, which provides arts, sports, and other special programming at CCSA. She also assists in grant applications, coordinates volunteer programs, and directs digital and print communications.
Amy is a graduate of Brown University with a concentration in Visual Arts and extensive coursework in Education. She holds a certificate in Learning Support awarded by City and Guilds of the UK.
